User is King!

november 29, 2007

Dear audience,

Welcome to our humble contribution to the internet. We are three regular guys who have agreed that the internet needs a fix-up.

This will be done, over the next many months, with focus on creating a service that will make it easier, than ever before, for people to stay in contact and be able to buy and sell everything between eachother.Everything (yes, everything) we do is done with the user in mind. Nothing is done for money, first. You read that absolutely correct, in case you are laughing your a** off. It can be done.

We have heard that “Content is king”. We have heard that “Contact is king”. We absolutely disagree! We believe that “the USER is king” and queen by the way. The consumer, the men and women across the globe who use the internet for whatever purpose they have are at a crossroad. They have found out the fact that they control what is a succes and what is not. Ignore them once and you can forget your business as of now. They want service and good service too.

Being Facebook, YouTube or Coca-Cola does not make a difference any more – you have to respect the consumer and deliver what they need and want.

To qoute a presentation by Peter Hirshberg, CMO at Technorati when he visited Denmark : “You have to defect from marketing and side with the market!” In other words, get down from the high horse and stop preaching your messages. Get into the middle of the crowd and ask them what they need – and listen when they answer.

The audience is truly rising and we will try to rise with it. We look forward to the days and night to come and hope you will join us in this global campaign for user focused services.

Sweet love from the Jomito family.
